Sweet Onion Slaw

As seen demonstrated at the 2018 Jiggy with the Piggy festival.

  • Yields: 10 1-oz. servings


1Trim and thinly slice the cabbage and onions. Trim and julienne the jicama, using a mandoline if possible.

2Place the cabbage, jicama, onions, and dressing in a large mixing bowl with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until needed up to three days.

4 oz. jicama

1 oz. sweet onion

2 oz. tomato basil dressing
