Avocado Mousse

1Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on stovetop.

2Place the melted chocolate, avocados, banana, honey, cocoa powder, water and vanilla into a food processor.

3Blend until smooth and creamy.

4Garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve cold.

2 avocados, pitted and peeled

2 ripe bananas, peeled

1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, semi-sweet)

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup water

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Handful of raspberries
