Directions

1Drain and rinse beans very well.

2Stir together the molasses, oil, vinegar, and liquid smoke.

3Combine drained beans with dressing and all remaining ingredients.

Ingredients

14 oz. can kidney beans

14 oz. can chick peas

14 oz. can black beans

2 tbsp molasses

2 tbsp blended oil

3/4 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup liquid smoke

1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup scallions

2 tbsp cilantro or parlsey, chopped

salt and pepper to taste
